Project Progress

In 2017, Australia’s federal government initiated a $122 million dollar national, voluntary postal vote in response to growing calls from the public to legislate marriage equality. During the three month campaign that followed, Project Progress was created to share the lived experiences of individuals within LGBTQIA+ community directly affected by the outcome of the vote. The individual images and stories were curated into a book of the same name which raised over $800 for Minus18, a network for LGBTQIA+ youth.
